I have a deep passion for training and developing fellow practitioners. For a number of years, I successfully offered Professional Development for Supervisors and a PACFA endorsed Supervisor Training Program for Counsellors wanting to become Supervisors.

Groups are a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded souls. As well as much needed connection, groups provide an opportunity for us to share our experiences, challenges and achievements with others who are walking a similar path. As the saying goes 'many hands make light work' and I have indeed found that loads have been lightened, problems solved and encouragement gained when sharing in groups.

SVS Supervisor Training

The SVS Supervisor Training (PACFA endorsed) has had great success and I still receive feedback from participants about the profound impact the training had on their personal and professional development and their practice as a Supervisor.

The program has a Person-centred focus and is strongly influenced by recent research in neuroscience. With a focus on the relationship and each individual's innate growth potential, we propose that supervision, like therapy, can be transformational. The program includes practical activities from expressive and creative modalities which facilitate learning and support participants in their development as Supervisors.
